Hey Mike, a siphonic flush system also known as a gravity flush system uses vacuum to pull waste from the toilet bowl into the trapway acting as a siphonic tube. This is done by the shape of the trapway acting as a siphon. Our trapway is well elevated and creates suction power within the trapway itself. You might referring to a Siphonic Jet is. a fancy term for something a bit different. Google "Siphonic jet" the drawings will come up showing the difference. Our flush power is gravity based S-shape elevated trapway acting as a siphonic tube.

@@convenientheight It seems that when the music track was removed the audio sequence went off kilter. I actually viewed this video a few weeks ago when it started with the camera taped to the head introduction. Now the audio is out of sync so we need to rely on the visual instructions.

@@ronbharath1355 Hi Ron, I am sorry for the audio. I used a simple Apple iPhone to record this. I just can't believe the audio result for toilet instructions was as crappy as this (no pun intended) . Let's rely is the visual of the video. Also see additional videos I made. Thanks!

Hi Archie, the bowl height is 20 inches (21 inches with the toilet seat). Most chair are well over 20 inches. So for anyone who can sit on the regular chair with feet touching the floor this will NOT be too high. We also always ask that our customers review all the measurements prior ordering. It would be important to decide if 20-21 inch height is going to work or not at home. For height testing: What I always suggest when it comes to figuring in out if the height of our toilet will work is, to find a bench or a chair of the height of 21" from the floor to the top and try to sit on it to see if the 21" height is convenient for you. It will give you a general feel of the height. Our Convenient Height toilet bowl is 20" and toilet seat will add another 1" so a total to look for is 21", which is truly VERY convenient to sit on for most who are looking for added height.
