It´s around 83,00 simoleons unfurnished and 193,000 fully furnished. Also, according to the exchange it says that the house includes items from Late Night and University but I´ve went through it and it should only contain items from the expansion packs you have. In edit town mode you don't have to pay for anything while you are building. It all sums up to one price once one of your sims buys the house.

Usually when that happens to me I´ve missed or added a letter in the cheat code. Try it one more time and type it slowly, constrainfloorelevation false. :)
