I watched the video. Tha ks for the tips. I managed to get 4 tiles that needed replacing off carefully woth a small flathead screwdriver, never broke the tiles and cleaned them down and soaked fora couple of days to get the previous adhesive off, and then gave a 2 days drying. The tiles are back up. Just got caulking to do.

Great! But who uses plaster boards? Especially in bathrooms? We only use brick or concrete blocks for walls in my country.

Hi There. Great video. Thanks. I'd like to know ? What size notch is best to use on a 12 x 12 inch tile ? U or Square notch ?

I found this really helpful as there is no way I can remove the toilet. This helped me no end, so thank you. I used this technique using self adhesive vinyl planks, so obviously the cutting was easier, but knowing how to tackle the sink and toilet has given me a great finish to just pop some sealant on where there will be no garish gaps and it will look seamless.

Dare I say it: remove the loo, tile the floor, replace loo. Don't tile around the loo, it's stupid.

You don't tile around a toilet. You lay the floor up to the flange and set the toilet on the new floor with the flange 1/4 inch above the new floor. So, if you or the next owner of the house wants to replace the toilet someday with a different model and different footprint, you don't have to do any flooring work. This video should be how to tile around a toilet flange. Only a house flipper would think this is a good idea. SMH.

After so many months, countless emails, phone calls and promises, we are still waiting for them to rectify the problem. This is the after sale customer care you can expect. How did he remove the grout from the existing tile? What safety equipment was he wearing? What tools did he use to chip out the tile from the centre? What was the scraper used for? Why was a brush used? Why did he recommend having some spare tiles? If the tile is sunk below, what does he recommend? When do you use the grout shaper? How did he buff the surface after it was dried? i need this answers.. this vedio is in my case study

Soak the tile in a bucket of water for 24 hours. Carefully remove the old stuff with a scraper. All other answers are in the video
