I enjoyed listening to your tips as far as reaching out to recruiters on linkedin. About jobs opportunities. I think its unprofessional on the Hiring manager part to not have even a generic reply response set up in there system that only takes a moment to send a simple reply to a canidate saying your not qualified verses not even replying ?? It takes time to go through the steps and time to put together your resume and research about The company and to not hear anything its so bad! Its bad on thr company and the HR” manager hoe un- professional and they shouldn't be in human resource position.if u cannot reply ? It’s so unprofessional the canidate has no idea what happned ?? and its like a void of emotions inside that the canidate is left with and needs to be reabsorbed into one self and to just move on its such a waste of time and energy . So i dont agree with the comment that HR mgrs are so busy! “HR mgrs “ are not that busy thr real reason is thst systems are dated and they are not organized ,to handle their position and dont have the simple courtesy send a follow up rejection letter . Anyways just my opinnion 🤔 its the same with Utube channels people who post on Utube and ask to people subscribe to their cannel and ask for comments but don't even reply to someone who has left a comment. So it’s a cycle with professionalism and organizational skills.

Very nice video! It is very important for any person to find something to strive for and fight for no matter what the circumstances. Once you set the right goal for yourself, making decisions will be easy and fun. What used to seem like an excruciating chore will turn into an enjoyable activity. Go where your labour will be needed! Go where there is money and where your work will be decently paid! Sooner or later you will have to co-operate with people of different nationalities and cultures. To make your business successful, you should learn a foreign language. I would like to recommend to you Yuriy Ivantsiv's workshop "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips on learning foreign language". This book will help you to structure and organise your individual language learning process, will give you the opportunity to independently determine the methodology of language learning, which will become interesting and unburdensome. In this amazing book everyone will find a lot of useful information: how to learn foreign languages, how to memorise information, how to deal with culture shock, what to pay attention to when travelling to another country. I am convinced that the book "Polyglot Notes" should be in the bag of every business person, school and college student, and tourist. The most important thing is that the book gives a good motivation. Don't be afraid to do something to realise your dreams! If people realised that fears have no connection with reality, everyone would live a much better life. Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video. Your videos motivate me and give me new ideas!

I kinda have a question about work gossip and what is bad to talk about. like if a person is leaving is it bad to say, so and so quit. to a certain extent, I dont understand how you're supposed to be a human and not discuss what's going on around you. especially as it applies to people you need stuff from, but I do get why gossip is bad. sometimes its just hard to know what is gossip vs what is sharing volunteered information. Because sometimes, you just want people to be in the know because if you don't mention certain things it's like you're keeping information that could affect them. and THAT could also disillusion people too. so I struggle with this as it concerns work, and I am a believer. I def see that when you are saying things with the intention of speaking bad on someone, that's def gossip, but just to say what is concerning people at work, is that also gossip?
@nicolenyasha14 күн бұрын
I get what you mean - it's tricky - we all wanna stay 'in the know' and not be caught off guard with issues that come up.. I think a fair question to ask is 'is this slander' 'would I be comfortable with it being publcily known that I said this' - if my answer is no, I just keep quiet. I don't think there is anything wrong with stating facts like XX got let go or quit because thats what happened but when we go out of our way to destroy another persons reputation etc thats not nice.

I have wasted hours reaching out to recruiters for roles I am well suited for. With perfectly tailored and personalized messages. I have always, bar none, been ignored. The only times I have been interviewed was when I bypassed recruiters and reached out to hiring manaers directly. Most hiring managers will also ignore you but at least they know what the job actually entails.
