So I have a question about translation. In my training it got hammered into me that we should, Not translate documents or paperwork and instead ask the provider to say it and we will interpret cause translation is "outside" of our duty since we "aren't" trained for it

Unfortunately I routinely see customers at my store pull out 5 or 6 EBT cards as well as a wad of large bills of cash. Clearly there is more work to be done in this regard. I am happy to hear that someone is at least trying to stop the selling of benefits.

This is bogus! I can't even find the page they show. This is obviously the product of a government bureaucrat, confusing and unusable. Now, I get to deal with their confusion over why my payment is delayed.

This is a terrible update. I've changed my pw at least 6 times & it still doesn't recognize it. Then it tells me I don't even have a CSIPS account after I just set it up, twice! I link it & when I try to view my payment history it wants me to login but still doesn't recognize my pw! I finally just start clicking links above the "link an existing CSIPS account" & I can view everything just fine. So apparently I don't need to link it after all?! What a waste of 2 hrs. Will it do this next time too

The username and password that I've used for years suddelny didn't work. As they moved their system accounts seem to have been lost. They should update the new webpage and inform the rest of us that there have been MANY issues.

Are you kidding me? This is SO not easy! Go figure... It shouldn't be easy to access child support amount information, right?

I tried a million things before I found a way to do it. Some clear printed directions would be helpful instead of a pathetic incorrect video that jumps all over the place AND assumes the links actually work. Tip: At first I didn't create a new saw account because it implied I already had one when it recognized my email. Once I created a new saw account, I found a way (much trial and error) to get it to work. Good luck!

It took 2 hours, but I finally got it to work. Their directions are pathetic! I went to the main page and in the search box, entered "saw" then I found a link where I was able to create a saw account. That is what I had missed: I had to create a new saw account. Then I got an instant email giving me a code to activate my account. I had to create a new longer password. Finally I was able to link saw to csips. By the way, the links in the email didn't work....I just went back to the main page.

This new system sucks. It doesn't recognize any of my information, I do not have the option to link anything. I am spending more time trying to figure out how to use this BS than I am getting the information I am looking for. I went directly to the SAW website and had the same problems. Things are supposed to be easier, but everyone makes things much more difficult. Have they not heard of the KISS method?

It recognizes my user name but not my password. Then when I try to reset my password it tells me that the answer to my security question is wrong. I had no issues with the old system.

Instead of going through all this, you just have to go to SAW and sign into your existing account and add Dept of Health and Social Services and then there is the Child Support area to add. This way does not work!!
