The Dophin C1600 Canister Filter would be a great addition to keeping my aquarium water clean allowing me to spend less time on maintenance and more time enjoying my aquarium.

You change 50-75% of the tank water. Adding aquarium plants also help with the nitrates. Pothos is also good in reducing nitrates in the tank.

Do a water change and don't feed for a few days

I'm a beginner to the hobbie...never tested my water 5 months never had issues... always wanted to do an indepth test..Answer to your question...Do a water change accordingly add the necessary boosters and do not feed fish until levels are down

follow on insta ,tik tok and you tube . From my son age 12 advice : perform routine water change typically 20% to 50% of the water every month. clean your filters as well
