He could be on joystick in RB but the A4 can PULL. If I was him I’d try to get into a circle fight higher up and dip down in altitude when speed is needed. Now putting gear down is an option but isn’t an airbrake, it can’t withstand high airspeeds. If you were slow enough to put down the gear first then you’d already be at a too low enough airspeed.

Nope, I play on PS5 so it’s all just the normal controller, which is more responsive than PS4 controller and having extensive aviation experience mechanics and flight dynamics, I like to say I can hold my own lol.

Aside from more natural control of aircraft, being able to sideslip is exactly why I do not use mouse aim. When I saw the airfield, straight away knew I was too high. So sideslipping was the ONLY way I was going to get down fast enough without ripping my wings off lol.

@@YenkoSC67 I’ve actually been having a hell of a time trying to get it to work with my set up (I use a combination of HOTAS with mouse aim and keyboard to get the most out of accurate aim and keyholes for all vehicles).

@@YenkoSC67 Lol you’d think. Only have trouble plugging everything in every time I get on to play. Everything else becomes muscle memory after like 3 games. I get crazy tight maneuvering with my controls this way. Main downside is that I have no brakes when I land lol.

He obviously didn’t set the delay on the fuse. As soon as I saw it drop, I was like , oh that’s a big one. Then you saw what happened next. He also probably never dropped that bomb that low. That’s why when you see me get a base, it doesn’t show straight away. I have a 3 second delay.

You can use instructor on ps4, Playing with Full real controls is not mandatory

I also play on PS4 but in realistic mode I usually play with the Instructor rather than with the Full real controls that I use in Simulator battles, but I respect that :) Just wanted to point out that it is easier to fly with the instructor because your camera won‘t turn with the plane when rolling etc.. Do you at least use auto trimming?

lol, yep. Not in a hurry to get into higher tier jets. I’m going to be very reluctant to start letting go of my turreted attackers. Those gunners have saved my ass more times than I can count lol.
