I just use butter and salt with the cabbage. You can fry the cabbage or boil it. It doesn't really matter. I usually fry it. And it tastes delicious 😋

BTW, what you demonstrated with, is not squid; it's octopus! Your method of cooking octopus looks impressive, but what about all the flavour lost in the boiling water? There are much better ways to cook octopus, that retain all the flavour.
