What kind of mallet was he using there? Was it a rawhide mallet?

You can use WoodPrix plans. The best e-books and very detailed instructions. You can learn much from them and make it yourself.

Varför inte använda cirkelsåg/motorsåg/elhyvel och liknande verktyg istället för yxa?

I worked with Rupert as his first personal assistant in the back room of his house up until 8 years in. Wonderful person to work for passionate and caring to his team. Well done Rupert for your continuous love of oak. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Does anyone know what the name of the bubble scribe he has is named
@nballeng4 ай бұрын
It's one he cooked up with a local machinist based on his scribing experiences over time. He sells them in person at workshops and classes and whatnot--email him through his website if you want one.
Could you make a video actually showing how to scribe a waney edge piece? Not many source showing how to do it. Say a cruk or brace

Does anyone know which materials or construction methods Ted is referring to when he says his company has moved beyond SIP panels?

Great lecture. Rupert’s book inspired me to start my own green oak garden building project as I have worked with wood for over 30 years but knew green oak was a different animal altogether!

I was watching a tutorial of sketchup where they were designing a small sauna timber frame. This was up next, and I'm glad. I'm designing a timber frame tiny house (this is a comical mashup for me). She gave me a lot of tips for my plan. Thanks for posting this!

I just watched this whole thing. It was great. If I could improve the video, I wish it put the slides that Andrea is showing on the screen at all times, with Andrea shown separately in the lower corner. But that's a nitpick, and I realize you aren't trying specifically to make KZbin videos. This was great. Thank you!

Thanks for the constructive feedback! We just filmed some new videos this month from our conference and will show more of the slides with the speaker in the corner.
