Not sure about the AI applied to art. Call me old-school, but I prefer the "traditional" way. Now, I'm going to buy some cassettes... 🤣

The song was already great. The music video took it to new heights. Love the scene in the karaoke bar. Su was well known for hanging out at karaoke places when she was in Sakura Gakuin. She would sing a lot of different genres and stay for hours. When BABYMETAL was on hiatus, Su and Moa would go out for karaoke pretty often.

Now we're talking.🦊🤘🐭🐭 Love how the girls are having so much fun like we don't see them since a very long time ago during BM early era. It also got some SG reminiscence and the girls looks really happy doing this. Can't wait for the live version next weekend at FOX_FEST Festival. Kitsune up and see you next time.🦊🤘🔥

I also prefer them singing in Japanese... but it's just me. By the way, on the second and third chorus it's more like Momometal's perfect English pronunciation. 😁 🤘🦊

Very fun song, but its 100% an EC song with Babymetal guest vocals. Can't wait for the live version at FOX_FEST.

Here's my imaginary behind-the-scenes bit: I'm pretty sure the EC guys wrote the post-chorus part lyrics as 'BUMMBUMMBUMM', pronounced the German way, not realizing it would sound very close to the Black Eyed Peas' 'Boom Boom Boom' line, but then the Babymetal girls automatically read it the Japanese way, and we got 'BÜMBÜMBÜM', which everyone agreed was way better.

In my oppinion this definitely is much more EC than BM. And the instrumental is 100% EC. As far as I know the video is Schillo Production, so 100% EC too. Would have wished for more BM and Kami as for me it is more like 80:20 in advantage for EC. Song gets better the more often I hear it. And the video will make it even better. And also, I would have loved if BM was singing Japanese :)

They took me by surprise with "Everytime we touch" too. Everywhere was written relase day is on DD.MM.YYYY and then "oh that was just about the OFFICIAL VIDEO", the song is available 1 day earlier without any notification. And here I was surprised again. So ok, for the next song I know, the song will be release one day earlier. :)

It wasn't going to have BABYMETAL instrumentals as an Electric Callboy song featuring BABYMETAL - the Kami Band wouldn't have any involvement.

Wow it seems some reactors and fans couldn't wait for the official MV release, anyway thanks for sharing this awesome collab. 🦊🤘🐭lol Most likely they will be playing this together at FOX_FEST Festival next weekend May 25 and 26 along with many more artists and bands such Polyphia so can't wait for the live version. The "hips don't lie" is definitely a Shakira reference. The "Fu Fu" (or more like "wuh wuh") part sounds like Backstreet Boys - Everybody female backing chorus and also I think I heard in a K-pop song, not sure which one. Cool to see you around and see you next time. Kitsune up!🦊🤘🔥

I agree with you it's 100 % electric callboy instrumentals, which is kind of a let down because BM normally has much more complex (and better) drumwork than this. A little bit of BM guitars come through at the end but it's not enough to me. They should have left the instrumentals to BM honestly. My guess is Electric Callboy wants to be able to perform it live and they don't have a top tier drummer and that's the reason it is the way it is.

Not mad on it (partly language differences and just how good she really sounds in "English" - to me she becomes just another USA singer if it's more than about a sentence usually)- it's a good track in it's own right (listened to it 4 times) I suppose and exposes them to more people. For me also feels excessively pop somehow and the combo - well. Perhaps to early after they've not long done another cutesy girIy sounding collab (I like leave it all behind though :P). I get how her native audience probably love her singing in a "foreign language" though, as much as I love hearing that voice in Japanese. Good reaction anyway and I'm gonna slink off and put my tin hat on I think . Worst is I may just end up liking it as with some other of their tracks (not Eng. Elvevator girl though :P)

I think it's only blocked temporarily in the US until it's past midnight in California as well, because that's when the song gets released in each timezone it seems. Which is still weird to me but that's the publishers' choice it seems.

The translated songs list is still on the front page of the Fukei Guide. I recommend the song Otomegokoro, which is one of their most Punk songs. If you listen to that, you could also react to Ayami’s live version of Otomegokoro, she did a good job of singing in a Punk style. The visuals in this video are from a 2013 SG performance, but the audio is from a 2015 Ayami solo concert kzbin.info/www/bejne/d2jEoqujbaaYr7s The version from the Translated Songs List is a Live Performance from shortly after Su graduated, but if you want to hear the original album version of Otomegokoro from 2011 with the original members, here it is kzbin.info/www/bejne/d560i4OnosaNfc0 That video doesn’t have english subtitles, but the Translated Songs List also has Text Translations, so you can reference those if you want a translation. And if you can’t get enough of the song, here is an awesome Live version from the 2013 SG Festival kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpzMe6qqip2tg7M You previously said you had difficulty posting your reaction to LOGICA songs, however LOGICA also has great “LOGICA Experiments” videos which you can find on the 2012 nendo page, and those should be safer to react to. Four of the experiments are translated. Note Su’s favourite word is “Mecha”, which was translated as Hella. It’s a common modern expression by Japanese girls, which means “Extremely” or “A Lot”. You’ll hear it often in Japanese videos. For example in a 2024 Marina video, someone called her Mecha Kawaii. By the way, for the last few weeks on social media “i”, Marina has been writing poems from the perspective of Food that she cooked, including a deep poem about The Feelings of Tomatoes. In a recent fan chat I think she said these are potential song lyrics for a new album, but I might have misunderstood.

Scenes like these really show that this is not a mere talent agency. There are real friendships being forged here, even among teachers and pupils. Nothing ever seems superficial. Of course there's a chance that it's just for the camera, but it absolutely doesn't look like it.
