Fake accent and you want to remain African. I like you but fix that mess. Nigerians are even copying Ghanian accent now, what a shame! Though not their fault but as an African, I have always been embarrassed by Ghanian accent just bcos I think their local intonation reflects too much in their spoken english; what's there to copy? But Nigerians copy everything that is not there's. Work is work, not wek, nurse is nurse, not ness! As a Nigerian, are you even proud of yourself talking like that? Only Genevieve always impresses me among all. She has no ounce of "fakeness" in her as far as I'm concerned, neither in the way she speaks nor carries herself.

I speak with US accent most times when am at school cuz you have to speak that way so they will understand you and I speak with my Nigeriam accent when am at home. Is that considered fake?🙄
