in regards to the bass (easy clav, iirc) and clavinet (fuzz clav) i use a plugin called Dexed that lets me utilize the presets from the DX7, though it sounds slightly different from the sample versions, not to mention the vst runs quiet so i have to up the gain with a seperate plugin.

Not trying to diminish what you did here, it really is great! Siiva's version sounds more in the "style" of Chrono, while yours is a very very faithful cover. Both are great!

The harmonica gives the score it's soft monophonic flair; the accordion is weird because it's polyphonic.

I love those sorta percussion oriented tunes as well. ^^ Also the Talking drum here sounds kinda funny, doesn't have the same timbre as in the original (shame since its my favorite element in the tune).

Talking drum and udu also scratch that part of my brain too. Love the percussion. (I helped find the udu sample! super proud of that!) and the pitch bending of the talking drum is so neat. The chanting is kinda freaky tho haha

Also, if you take requests, could you please make some restorations for Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance? The game has a really good soundtrack, but the music sounds kinda bad thanks to the GBA sound chip. And I haven’t seen anyone upload OST restorations for that game on KZbin. Thanks!
