Here’s just one RCC teaching that is definitely unbiblical and as false as a three dollar bill; Peter was NOT the first Pope! This is because there was no such thing as a Pope. Jesus expressly forbade calling any man ‘Father’ and the idea that there would be one person who RULES in the place of Christ is blasphemous. I’m sad to say this, but your Christianity soujnds more like Churchianity than any kind of spiritual relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, so I will not say that you are an apostate, because it appears to me that you have never actually had any REAL relationship with the living God. This is blazingly apparent when you say; ‘I had a set of beliefs.’ Well that’s nice, but what is important is what is written in the word of God. Your misunderstanding of what the Bible teaches is so complete that I totally understand your position. It makes me sad. Now, as to your contention that for four centuries, there was no Bible, the Bible ITSELF denies this! The Gospel of Mark has been dated to within NINE YEARS of the Crucifixion! Even unbelieving atheistic scholars tell us that the Gospels were in existence in written form within the first century. Peter calls the writings of Paul scripture in his first letter, verse 3:16. Your complaints about the corruption in the Protestant churches I wholeheartedly agree with, but your appeal to the authority of the Roman Catholic Church is not a biblically valid position either. The Eucharist teaching of the RCC is totally anti-biblical.

Thank you brother for sharing you were saved from alcoholism. Both of my parents have problems with drinking and are not active Christians. Sometimes it feels hopeless praying for their salvation and turn from habitual sin. I have more hope now from your testimony. Means a lot thank you

We Catholics have a proverb about one’s width of reading, depth of study, and height of understanding of the Bible and where this leads to: “Weak Catholics become Evangelicals; Strong Evangelicals become Catholics.”

I grew up as catholic and what I understand is you were never a Believer, a Jesus follower. You never were touched by the Holy Spirit. There can be no Salvation without Mary, praying The Hail Mary as The Father did and obtaining "all Graces" She is given by God to distribute when asked in humility.
