Why do you need to assign the role at the Service Bus Namespace level? Can't you assign the RBAC role at the Queue or Topic Level? I've tried and it doesn't work

Data flows are really bad and should never be used in production. The reason is that they are extremely expensive in production, because of the way data flow clusters are managed by ADF. ADF automatically spawns data flow clusters dynamically as needed, but each created cluster has an extremely long startup time of several minuttes, which you pay CPU time for. Often the startup time is longer than the activity runtime. I have seen scenarios where more than two thirds of the total billed CPU hours are simply idle startup time. Essentially you are throwing money out the window and it is also bad ESG-wise. So stay away, at all costs, is my advice.
