Imri's song this year (I feel alive) was so much better than Golden Boy. A shame that he had to sing first with such a perfect party song and in the end a low place. He should have been Top 5!

What is curious is that it's always the same people, year after year, behind Israel's entries... What a closed group... No offence to Imri, but he was backing vocalist for 2 years and now is the solo singer... WOW.. Either he is incredibly talented and unique or Eurovision Israel does the possible to pick those (singer, songwriters, backing vocalists and dancer) within their carefully chosen inner group. Can we expect any of Imri's current backing vocalists to be Israel's representative next year?

He actually won a singing contest that we have here called "The next star". The prize is to represent Israel in the eurovision, among others things that I forgot.. From what it looks like, he won it fair and square.

MifiMurder I know he won, but it's really peculiar to see someone 3 times in a row in Eurovision. Vocally he isn't the best. Many notes were off when he performed in the final

His performance in the semi was flawless and there he came third. It was a shame that they put him to sing first in the final with such a dance song. If he had sung let's say tenth in the row, I am sure he would have been much better and end Top 10 at least.
