You think so, it reads 12v, but it's a battery I bought from from some one who rebuilds them to try and save some cash. Starter won't engage on the vehicle, accessories turn on. That's why I pulled the starter to test it to make sure it wasn't that

No. It defaults to hot and the vents default to defrost.

In my case the only the blend door actuator went bad, I also suspect the climate control module to be at fault, could be either or. But for now, while I wait on finding parts, this is a good fix for me and my personal vehicle. Having cold ac all the time ain't too big of a deal for me

I bought it on Amazon. It's called "SEEBOO: LS Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool Crank Pulley Install Tool 551141" for $12. I didn't check the shop to see if they had one. You can make your own at a hardware shop for about the same price or a few dollars less, but I just decided to order that one. Worked great, I just pressed it in slowly and easily, that's why I was using the open ended side of the wrench. Thanks for watching
