We read that book too. God put adoption on our heart also to the Philippines. We found our child and we are waiting for their approval. Thank you for sharing your story.

So I know this video is over 5 years old....but I just found it tonight. This was way too sort of a video. I want more LOL. I've been on a binge lately of watching these kind of videos. I just need to have and see this kind of hope and love in our world today more than ever.

$36,000 for 6 children overseas, in America to adopt an American child it cost from $50,000 on up. Adopting America children is much more expensive when all you want to do is give love. No wonder so many are adopting overseas. Not just because they want to give a child a chance, but you can save 6 children for less than one in America. It so sad. That's why so many grow up in foster homes.

I'm Filipino and came to the US when I was 5. I do remember living in a shack and my family having very little. I thank God for the opportunity that America has given me. In the US there's hope. In third world country people have to live by faith because there is no hope. I know that doesn't make sense, you would have to be born in these places to understand.
