I realize it's been a while but in interest of safety I have a 2012 TR320 I bought with 700 hour's on it.... About a month after purchasing the unit I inquired to the dealership and they were kind in sending me the repair bills as they'd maintained the unit for the former owner.... Some 20k in repair bills mostly electrical issues.... And sometime during the 350 hour's I've used the machine I started having some electrical/hydraulic issues.... Scary issue's like noticing some boom movement's while no hand was on either wobble stick if you catch my drift.... I'm not a mechanic and by some miracle I traced the issue(s) to the faulty main power disconnect switch and replacing the switch cured all issue's..... i wonder if some of the former owner's electrical issue's stemed from the defective switch?.... And a time or two I was restrained from accessing the inner compartment I cracked the boom cylinders hyd line's and raised the boom with another unit and I imagine most folk's thought of this but didn't have another unit on hand to lift the boom.... I wonder if the boom could be raised by applying compressed air to one or both cylinders without assing up any component's while experiencing this dillema.... Recently at auction I bought a 2018 JD331G with fire damage in hope's of salvaging.... If the JD can be brought back to life I'd probable sell the Case and keep the JD per the JD"s more user friendly design in this area and other areas.... Btw- somewhere I read folk's discussing removing the remote oil drain line and replacing the line with a plug in the plastic oil pan as per the limited clearances between the oil line and the unit's frame have been known to crack the oil pan because of debris and engine flex requiring engine removal to replace the oil pan..... A good friend of mine with too many heavy equipment unit's to list says operating these unit's new or old is like playing Russian roulette as when you turn that key or push that start button you never know what is going to happen and I imagine most would agree.......

Did you ever have a problem with the attach and detach of attachments I have a sv300 that won’t allow me to detach current attachment? @@jeffs2780 I am having the same issue with my case sr250! Can't get the actuator to release the bucket to work. When I toggle on the unlock button I noticed that the light does not turn on. Do you see that also? I found the fuse that is tied to the switch and saw that it was popped. I put a new fuse in and the second I turned the skid on it popped the new fuse. Please let me know if you find out what is going on! I will do the same for you!

How did you get the lift arms up?
@BRNcontracting2 жыл бұрын
My machine would run. It would just throw codes
@BRNcontracting2 жыл бұрын
But you really don't have to lift the arms to get at the fuse box, you can access it with the cab down
@K9Stryker Жыл бұрын
@@BRNcontracting My machine is throwing the codes 5511, 1904, etc. which causes my hydraulics not to work at all. I checked the fuse box and tested every fuse and everything seems OK in there. Even tested the relays. The next step was going to be checking the wires under the cab for chafing but I can't raise the cab without lifting the arms. Any ideas? Thanks.
