no, the sadly didnt. i built an outside fence at the edges of the map, meaning that it wasnt neccesary to add a third layer of fencing

@@otsika So 2 layers of Walls stop throwing contraban into the prison? This would be nice. But what if you got 1 wall and 1 fence, is this good, too?

​@@Wrutschgeluckcontraband can be thrown 11 tiles into your prison from the outer fence/wall. As long as they dont have access to that area, your fine

@@otsika I agree. It was the same thing for cleared for transfer, it didn’t really add much but you couldn’t really complain as it was free.

Depends really on the prison style. For example, my island bound was a high security island prison, so if that interests you.
