I don’t think it’s fair to say MP is the GOAT of the Olympic Games because many other sport don’t have as many events like swimming-100m, 400m, 800m, and the relays. So, there are many chances for MP to get a medal since he competes in all of them. However, with that being said, Michael Phelps is DEFINITELY the GOAT in swimming and a staggering Olympian now and in the future.
