Interested to find Priapism as a side effect; I experienced exactly the opposite effect and had to stop taking it after the first month’s course. Filled in a survey for the drug manufacturers, and it IS a known side effect- though apparently in a very low number of cases…..?

ok I am so confused by this in the timing. it takes 2 hours to work well? but 34 hours later it can be just as effective as it was 34 hours ago? So when is it at its prime? Seems to me if I am 12 years old and i wont see sex until 14 and it will continue until I am 48.? my prime is still going to be in my late teens or early twenties? So a 36 hr pill seesm more like a maybe 10 hour and you need to make best use of the middle hours? Any thoughts?
