I think this list misses 2 most important scenes between Oliver and Filicity. 1. During Season 2 Finale, even deathshtoke goons were rampaging throughout the city. Oliver was broke and when he decided that killing them is the only way. Felicity was the only one who encouraged Oliver to not take that easy way. That scene shows that she is the only thing that is holding up and aspire Green Arrow. 2. During the last episode of season 2 where Oliver says that he loves her, it doesn't take long for her to figure out that it was a ruse for Slade.

I was sad this show ended. Their chemistry is so real.
