that was really clear though when you said “the Gold in the future moment is not real “! I mean, I’ve acknowledged that many many many times, but for some reason the way you said it really landed. Seeing the desire, for a better future moment, which is a thought., seeing that thought as a thought. Empty.

yes i feel i’ve sort of but up this resistance tone to doing things now because i feel i have to hold onto the simple easy clear moments, the breath etc. it’s like the peace i’ve felt at times is soooo fulfilling, that i don’t want to do chore like things. it’s become a habit to resist i think. but yea……. the silence can’t ever go away. the last couple days have been better. more spontaneous. thanks for your videos.

sometimes when i feel so open and expanded, and seamless, just a simple thought like oh i have to pick up my son’s school supplies can feel soooo painful because it reminds me of being a person, this person, this mother……. but yes being able to plan and have thoughts of the future can happen in the “appropriate “ way . i’ve felt this as well. ❤

Nice video. Do you own a television? So rare for people to be able to sit in silence. I admire it.
@AcceptingLoveАй бұрын
I haven't for a few decades, but with the pervasiveness of screens in these times I don't think owning or not a TV makes a big difference. Not having cable service might tho. It is a practice to unplug from the addiction to mind, screens/devices are just the access point into collective mind. Very powerful and addictive, but the addiction root is at the level of the personal mind.

Very clear. The direct sensation would belong more to the entire moment; rather than having more of a sensational or romanticized vibe to it. Probably not as interesting as the tragic or heroic story tone of this movie like character that is trapped or released and so forth. It will have a more grounded and ordinary tone to it (less dressed up). Thank you for this.
@AcceptingLoveАй бұрын
Direct sensation bypasses the character, reveals it as 100% imaginary, imagination can be practical, so there is a valid place for the character, but only possible when fully known as character vs real / essential.
@sarahmuschel4812Ай бұрын
@@AcceptingLove can you expand on what you meant by ‘direct sensation reveals the character as 100% imaginary’? How would that happen? Is there a practical example you can give to illuminate this?
@AcceptingLoveАй бұрын
@@sarahmuschel4812 It is possible and accessible to have a partial realization ('seeing/knowing' of reality) where there is only perception and no 'me' story. In a sense it is 'to be as children', from that we can experientially learn that the content of 'me' is only thought, which is optional to existence. It is a partial realization because there still remains perception, in a total realization there are no perceptions, no experience, experiencer, experiencing. That cannot be described. Either happens spontaneously without a cause, but practice and training in meditation, self inquiry and good therapy greatly increases the chances, prepares the ground for the seed to spontaneously grow..

@@AcceptingLove thanks for responding. Not sure that that was my question, but I appreciate your words. Also, I believe you are one of the very few non-duality speakers who recommends therapy and I find that to be refreshing and necessary. Too many people come into this subject carrying loads of unprocessed trauma, which makes the message of truth less likely to be accessible or received fully into the depth of their being. So that component is a big factor I feel in the awakening process amongst the other things that you mentioned. So I’m glad you talk about that.

Non duality is scam, been into it for years and wasted so much time. Ask yourself question: Why so many non dual teachers come from 'first world'? And youll get answer how much hidden shadiness is in it that most people dont wanna talk about.
@AcceptingLoveАй бұрын
I don't consider myself a non-dual teacher, that said non-duality is a powerful tool/method, a thorn to pull out a thorn. But as for any tool, the one wielding the tool is more important than the tool itself, I'd rather receive surgery by a master surgeon with improper tools than surgery from a medical student with proper tools.

The path to enlightenment is challenging. You'll feel much pain along the way. This is impermanent and will not last forever. After the dark night of the soul always comes the dawn light of the awakening. If you choose to take this path, there is no turning back. Keep going fellow travellers, we are all on our own journey back to our true selves and oneness with everything!

In daoist energetic anatomy we find the heart protector or the pericardium meridian. I do think there is reason to say that the heart can suffer blows which we cannot cope with as mind/body.
@AcceptingLoveАй бұрын
Yes, but we are not mind/body, that is where the heart I speak of is.

If we are neither alive nor dead, but both- if we are life- what is your take on ”life after death”? On heaven and hell?
@AcceptingLoveАй бұрын
Heaven and hell exist relatively and only within mind. Life after death: what dies dies, what doesn't die does not die, we are both and neither. I have strong evidence from personal experience to be certain that I cannot conclusively determine that the individual mind does not continue after death.

If you’re not, then you’re doing it wrong. Inner peace comes from joy at work. If you don’t find joy in work, find other work.

Having joyful work could be helpful for some, and a lucky thing for many, but the joy, wellbeing and peace that I'm speaking of does not come from activity nor work.

Weird, i find it easy to be at peace and be productive at the same time. the more tricky part is being at peace when all the discomfort comes up and you're doing nothing.
@AcceptingLove2 ай бұрын
That's great! For some people it's harder to go right, for others to go left.... we usually need to move until it's easier to move than to stop moving. Ride the energy that moves when you 'do nothing'... don't worry about being at peace, dive into all the discomfort with curiosity, what lies there might not be what it appears to be.

... as a German Biologist - this is Genetic - no way to “teach or learn” that ever we are “pro Ductive” each moment of our Life always preparing for future events which require enormous Energy and Resources to deal with - to be lazy right now is saving Energy for the Future when I am thrown into a sudden event - most of the time we are in the wrong place with the wrong things vampyring all our resources to sort this out may be a life long process

Came upon the concept of the diaphanous self that is transparent to all but the mind which must solidify the experience to grasp it intellectually. If you can bring it back to the sense gates without interpretation you can inhabit that diaphanous place. Great exploration of getting back to this place. Gratitude for putting discussion up. And the universe will feed you just the confirmation you seek.
