I hated my experience with selling my home through Keller Williams - Chattahoochee office. . The agent is a liar and manipulator. Do not use Keller Williams!!! They are incentivized to ignore your interests and run all over you. She was a bully.

Here in 2024. Great video. As a new agent I am just so confused if I want to focus on expired leads vs shooting content/hosting open houses. I feel like I’d be more productive and stronger if I focused on calling expireds.

@user-zd8su2qv7b Well done on the overview of Kw's profit share changes. I'd like to add a few comments & facts for your future discussions on this matter. I'm an 18 year veteran of KW, opened 4 franchise operations & just changed to United Real Estate Experts. Not as a "competing agent" but as an agent who needed a fresh start. It is sad that KW has lost their integrity by making this change. The agents with Kw are in somewhat of a prison that they can never leave no matter how they've positively impacted the growth of Kw. Let's all remember that those quality agents I helped recruit to Kw are still a major part of Kw's success today. So our influence never leaves yet we are to be penalized. Some thoughts for your future discussions are; 1. Not every agent that leaves Kw hates the company. Not every agent opens a new company and "competes" against the company. In fact, thousands of agents who have left the company have not competed in that manner as a win win to KW because Kw continued to share profit as promised from the beginning. Ultimately many agents who chose to just focus on their personal business at their new broker will now combine their efforts with their current company and start recruiting. 2. This is sour grapes on Kw's part... A form of vengeance in my opinion. This shows a true lack of character & integrity. Reminds me of kindergarten when a child say's "I won't be your friend unless you do what I say". 3. The IALC that made this ultimate decision has just pigeon holed themselves, no matter how future policies, management or leadership treats them they are in prison. this decision will inevitably affect their future, their family's future and tens of thousands of other agents that helped grow the company they now sell for. 4. Gary's inability to take responsibility for this is appalling 5. The IALC needs to clarify the phrase "competing realtor" as most of us are just realtors who work together for a common goal, to serve our clients in the listing and selling of homes. We're not actively recruiting agents from Kw. 6. Ultimately, if this is not thought through with greater wisdom it will be the demise of Kw in my opinion. There are some incredible leaders with Kw who will ultimately be damaged by this horrific decision. 7. Finally, for those of us who have left Kw and served with all we had and helped grow the company to where it is today have been duped and lied to. I'm speaking for myself and countless others when I say we were NEVER TOLD that our profit share % could be altered. Not in any class room setting or training did we ever hear this. Profit share was only pitched as the possibility to grow a passive income stream and be a gift to our spouse and family as a life long benefit. Shame on you Kw Leadership. I'm hoping you will eventually DO THE RIGHT THING and regain your integrity.

Your goal is to work with sane and reasonable people, with equity. If they lack any of those, you need to be very careful about getting involved.

Great video! I have been calling expireds on and off. My team provides internet leads which are great....but I only early 30% of the commission. That's why it is important for me to also call expireds so I can earn more commission and get better at closing deals 💪🏼

I have two Mike ferry trained seasoned prospecting agent buddies who moved off of expireds after hitting them for years. Now they are primarily circle prospecting. Closing 1-2 deals a week because there's zero competition. Their contact to listing taken is 150-200.

Such a needed video AJ. You're speaking truth. The new ones, if they pick up at all, (3-6 contacts per hour) half of those are dead set on re-listing with their last agent, and the other half tell you they aren't re-listing no matter what you say... Or they just hang up on you the second they know you're a realtor. The word that comes to mind is "hostile".
