@@likeithtm8598 I thought so too, a part of me still doesn't believe it. But I do see it.. So here is my theory, I've studied biology for a couple of years, though I don't claim to be an expert.There are a lot of animals that can sense the electrical/magnetic fields (aura's) around other animals. A good example are sharks who can sense fish burried under the sand, for example the hammerhead shark. The shape of his head is 'designed' to maximize this utility, they have a lot of specialized sensors under the hammer that sense these electrical fluctuations. Same as how we have different sensors in our skin for pressure, heat, cold etc. I'm pretty sure I remember correctly that other animals have similar sensors in their eyes, it's less specified but they sense the same thing, cats are one of those species. We have them as well, although it's thought they are rudimentary. Rudimentary organs are organs that are deemed non-functional, they once were functional, many millenia ago but evolution caused them to be obsolete. Other examples are our tailbone (we once had a tail) and our appendix (likely we used it once to digest strong plant fibers). Though we don't know everything about our body. So a lot of times we label stuff we don't understand as rudimentary or hallucinations etc. Maybe we are correct, maybe not. One thing I do know is that we have genes that can be activated, if you train/expose. For example, if you lay in the sun, the UV is activating a proces in our skincells to produce more melanin, which causes us to tan. We can train our muscles, our ability to hold our breath and a number of marvelous other things. So my theory is that those sensors in our eyes are not rudimentary, but can be trained. I am grasping here though, I am an insufferable know-it-all who wants to understand everything hahaha. One thing I do know is that I do see them and I've met other people who have them as well and I have had experiences that can't be explained. For example me and someone else seeing the exact same aura's at the same time, while others couldn't, so it wasn't a trick of light or something.

@@likeithtm8598 The best one is the old, put your hand up, fingers spread and stare at it, preferably where the background is white. It doesn't need to be super well lit or anything. Other things that helped me: -be relaxed, maybe meditate to relax -close your eyes and put all your attention to your hands. A simple technique is to put your hand on a couch, close your eyes and feel how that feels. How does the couch feel in your pinky, in your index finger, your thumb etcetera. It sounds maybe weird, it's just simply mindfullness (also works great when your anxious by the way) -put your hand up and focus on the space inbetween 2 fingers, not the fingers themsleves. -just keep looking with relaxed eyes (try ever so slightly focus/unfocus with your eyes to relax your gaze) A different technique, that also works sometimes is this: -put your hands together, fingers intertwined, like in (Christian) prayer. - put up your index fingers and part your fingertips a few millimeters, just a little bit -Focus on the space inbetween the fingertips with a relaxed stare Often people will start to see shimmers (like the distorted air above a fire) in between the tips. When you see that, just slowly wiggle your index fingers away and towards each other and see what it does to the shimmery field. You might see when the fingertips are a bit more parted, that each finger has their own shimmer field, and when they are close together, the shimmer fields merge and you almost see a kind of flow of energy from one tip to the other. Just play with that. Try not to get frustrated if you don't see anything, or if you feel like you don't see enough. Don't focus on what you don't see. Focus, with a curious mind, on what you do see, if that makes sense
