I love it. I saw this restaurant on IG & I went to try it. They just closed when I arrived, but the owner saw me at the door and insisted it was ok for me to place an order. He was so friendly and educated me about the honey beans. I got the Lagos burger as well, with a side of housemade hot sauce. The food was incredible, and the owner was so welcoming. Thank you for this video, as I'm now learning the history behind the banana leaf steamed food. 🍃 🫘

Thank You 🙏🏽 Both for Sharing. I just became aware of (young/ unripe) Jackfruit! I made a curry with it, along with chickpeas, yams & bulgur. I was tempted today, to add Ham Hocks to my Collards. (Missing the taste 😝) I’m just starting my Vegan Journey and Got Weak! 😤 I convinced myself that at the very least, to get Smoked Turkey 🦃 instead… 😶🌫️ However, you showed me a way forward with this beet juice infused,Young Jackfruit! 💪🏾😎👍🏾 Afterwards, I’m going to use the remaining beet stock to Flavor and Color my Lion’s Mane Mushroom 🍄🟫 Steaks! Again, thank you 🙌🏾 for sharing. 🫶🏾

@@candrialatrece I understand he didn't use the right words but most of the vegetarian meat are more processed than animals meat which is bad for your body which could cause more weight gain and health issues. Eating vegetables is a good thing but eating more processed stuff nope i don't agree, there has to be a balance not one way or the other.
