I own a barn, horse barn specifically. I got pregnant with my then husband and everyone just said, “oh okay, no more riding and you’re done for a couple of years…” like, no… this is my business. I don’t ride, I don’t make the money. I have to stay physical because I mange these animals everyday and that involves heavy lifting and cardio, and riding… I rode until 37 weeks pregnant… and was riding after my 6 week appointment. We are amazing creatures and pregnancy sure as hell doesn’t mean our lives are over. My daughter is now 2, and is at the farm with me everyday while I ride and work.

Hockey has higher accleration (especially from zero to full speed), but speedskating has the higher top speed. Mackinnon quickly reached his top speed, but one lap wasn't enough for Hamelin to even reach top speed (especially for the turns). Had the match been multiple laps, Hamelin would have destroyed Mackinnon more and more with every lap.

Lucky girls who are allowed to become real women. Go back in the 60s 70s and 80s We would get snuck onto boys' teams and when our mothers found out, we would get in trouble. We had to perform at elite levels and then put on white gloves and pretend we were stupid. And you'd think it was the males that wanted to keep us out? It was male coaches trying to sneak us on to their teams. It was females who had a problem with it The same females who now allow men wearing dresses in our public restrooms... Of course they were going to invade your sport. And it was your mother that allowed it. It's always little girls who try to take real women down. Title IV seems to mean nothing - our fore mothers fought hard for us to have access to real education, shop class, Pick up a chainsaw to use those skills to keep your children's home warm because child support doesn't actually exist, and modern females, especially those addicted social workers, look at you like you're crazy... You're only allowed to dream within the parameters of feminazis what we went through in the 60s 70s and even up through the 80s, not being taught in math in public schools, pushed out of sports where we belonged, seems to be forgotten or taken for granted. The women who refused their married bosses - lost jobs, lost income,housing food... Holes in our resume, blackballed, Told to suck a boy to get a life. Girls who say yes are just fine - it's women who say "no" who are always in trouble.. the most frequent targets. And it's other insecure females that go along with it. Years later, we turned out to be some of the top skills coaches - and only the hockey community would allow us in. Hockey doesn't care where you come from, what color you are, So modern females need to know this and follow the culture Everyone bleeds red- produce or get off the ice. It's nice to see young women having these opportunities - don't squander them by putting a bunch of makeup on and turning yourself into fashion models. Please..... Stay true. Many of us lost so much simply trying to participate in the same ways females take for granted now. And these girls, young enough to be our daughters and granddaughters, treat us like garbage. They have no idea what we sacrificed and why we're forced to live at lower economic levels. Because we did it all. We were mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandpa, grandma... That costs time and money. Feminism means you're allowed to earn all you want, yet not allowed to keep it. Don't become feminazis, stay true real women. You don't need makeup... Unless you're covering a black eye of course! Hockey women rule! Soccer moms drool 🍷💊 😜

I was fortunate enough to play with Kendall growing up. (Kendall was infinitely better than me, who was then a future beer leaguer!) She is so badass and a great inspiration for girls and women hockey players everywhere.

Has there been an example of this playing out? Will they get paid out the remaining contract if they are unable to return to league play? This will definitely prevent teams from signing longer contracts and the costs will be absorbed by reducing league salaries. Are transsexual players afforded any benefit from this or is it only for cisgender women players? Everything done to “benefit” women and minorities now is just at surface level and thats all they really deserve.
