I understand housing market is insane now, but this insanity moves by the demand. And I now PR is beautiful somewhat, but there’s no such demand. The property is ridiculously overpriced, whoever has such money to pay usually has a good taste and that house is a sore in an eye. Old and running down. It has to be demolished and for $65 mil whatever you have left is the land which is useless in PR. For way less money you can buy a nice property in Maui island of Hawaii, which is way way beautiful than PR. Or even in expensive and luxurious Miami. Sorry but the seller is delusional, people leaving PR not coming in.

What a joke, $20millions... Let’s watch the value drop half in the next upcoming years. Who is DUMB enough to invest there where the WHOLE island is falling apart in pieces. Example: energy department, water department, roads and bridges infrastructure, land fills are about to close, lack of education, and a fragile, corrupt police department.
