No transactions at the current prices u are saying. 30% and below only transactions will happen. Let’s people who bought hold it for 4 yrs and they will get the same price 2 sell on 2029. Shankarpally is a dead zone know 50% decrease of the prices u quoted will only transactions happen. Most affected area next 5 yrs is Golden Triangle because of artificial increase in prices.

Hardly any layouts over here and none of the projects is selling less than 50k and you have mentioned 35-45k is the price range. PS: I stay in the same vicinity.
