Nice house! Are these houses located in Red zone? I just watched the news(TNN) and they were talking about red zone, illegal, no permits hoses. They also were talking about nominee company that non Thai nationally paid Thai person to use their name and set up the company so they can buy a house in Thailand. It has been sold before and passed all document checks. Yes, it is crucial to be cautious with new constructions and always order due diligence from a licensed attorney when purchasing property. Only after a thorough document review by a licensed attorney should you proceed with buying a villa.
