دبئی سعودی عرب میں جتنے بھی بڑے پیمانے پر کام ہوتے ہے اس کے لئے جو سٹیل آتے ہے وہ سٹرکچر انجنئیر ڈیزائن کرکے سٹیل کا کٹینگ وغیرہ سب کا ایک الگ ڈرائنگ تیار کر دیتا ہے اس ڈرائنگ کو باربینڈنگ شیڈول کہتے ہے جس پر آپ کو صرف سائٹ میں اسکا ڈرائنگ کے حساب سے لگانا ہوتا ہے اس میں یہ فائدہ ہوتا ہےکہ ایک تو غلطی کے گنجائش کم ہوتے ہے دوسری بات ٹائم کا بچت اور تیسری بات سٹیل کا کچرا نہیں نکلتا جس سے کمپنی کو بھی نقصان نہیں ہوتی اور آپ کو بھی لیکن ڈرائنگ کو سمجھنے کے لئے بہت سوچ بچار کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے جیسا کہ اس بھائی نے کہا کہ سروے زیادہ تر رینٹل بیس پر ہوتے ہے وہ آپ کو صرف پوائینٹ لگا کر چلے جاتے ہے باقی آپ کو اپنے ڈراینگ کے مطابق اس پوائنٹس کو فالو کرنا پڑے گا کہ ڈرائنگ کیا کہتا ہے اور سائٹ پر یہ صحیح ہے یا غلط آپ کو مزید آگے کام لے جانا آپکی زمہ داری ہوتی ہے آپ سول فورمین کو کمپنی کی طرف سے مین پاور دیا جاتا ہے اب یہ آپکی زمہداری ہے کہ آپ کو ان لوگوں سے کام کیسے لینگے اسکو ہینڈل کرنا اور گروپس میں تقسیم کرنا اور ہر ایک گروپ میں ایک ماہر لیبر بھی ہوتا ہے جو اپنے باقی آدمیوں کو کام بھی سکھاتا ہے اور خود بھی انہیں کے ساتھ رہ کر پروگرس بنا لیتا ہے سول فورمین ان سے وقفے وقفے سے ان سب گروپ پر ایک چکر لگا کر کام کا پروگرس لیتا ہے اور آگے سول انجینئر کو یا پروجیکٹ انجینئر کو دیتا ہے کہ ہماری آج کی پروگرس رپورٹ یہ ہے ہفتے کا یہی ہوگا مہینے کا یہی ہوگا ہم اپنے مقررہ وقت پر اس کام کو پایا تکمیل تک پہنچا سکے گے یا نہیں کیونکہ ایک منصوبے کا جتنا بھی کام ہوتا ہے اس میں ہر ایک کام کا ایک مدت ہوتا ہے جس پر مالک اور کمپنی دونوں ایگری ہوتے ہے تاکہ اسکو یہ تسلی ہو کہ آپکا کام اپنے مقررہ وقت پر پورا ہوگا اور اسی کی بدولت کنسلٹنٹ کمپنی کام کی تکمیل پر آپ کو پیسے مہیا کر دیتے ہے کیونکہ اگر آپنے مقررہ وقت پر اپنا منصوبہ پایا تکمیل تک نہیں پہنچایا تو کمپنی کو بہت نقصان ہوسکتا ہے کیونکہ کنسلٹنٹ اس بات کی پابند ہوتی ہے کہ وہ ٹھیک وقت پر کام اور معیاری کام کی زمہ داری لی ہوتی ہے اور مالک منصوبے کی تکمیل تک کنسلٹنٹ کمپنی کو ماہانا بھاری تنخواہیں الگ سی دیتی ہے تو اس سب پروجیکٹ منیجمنٹ کو جانا بہت ضروری ہے وسلام
