Before approving floor plan, ensure the roof plan will go well with the floor plan. Roof plan dictates the floor plan.

looks great, build it, it will sell like crazy if you replace the rotary engine, nobody wants that rotary crap, terrible gas mileage, no one can work on them, low torque, put a miller cycle supercharged engine in it, or Ford V8. Dump the rotary !!!!!!!!!
