"In 1957, Ginger [Baker] bluffed his way into a trad band, Bob Wallis' Storeyville Jazzmen. Acker Bilk and Dick Heckstall-Smith [later member of the Graham Bond Organisation] were both in the band and all three appeared on an album entitled Acker's Early Days recorded at Ken Colyer's club." --Harry Shapiro, Graham Bond: The Mighty Shadow. This track was on Acker's Early Days. So this may be one of the earliest recordings of Ginger Baker and Dick Heckstall-Smith.

This was actually in the chart at the time Stranger on the Shore began its long run. It reached no. 22. The two singles were only a month apart, and overlapped by six weeks.

It’s funny how people in the comment are saying the pond is to small for the goldfish or how he needs to go his research. Those are freaking feeder fish! They are ment to be fed to bigger fishes. He’s giving them a freakin giving them a dream home! And stop complaining about him feeding them every two or three days. There’s plenty of food in the water for them to eat including: algae,mosquito larceny, bugs, etc!

TOM BEARDSLEE there are plants in the wild to act as natural filters, once you build a pond or an aquarium, you're trapping a part of nature in your house, a small part which needs inputs that nature cannot provide for you

I see alot of big mistakes with his "pond". He really needs to open up a couple of books about ponds or at least go to a real pond dealer to get some good information.

The single that a lot of people forget about. It was a double-A side with Creole Jazz, but C J was the side usually played. It was the first of 4 singles to be in the chart at the same time as S O T S, and got to 22.

Everyone's complaining about how small the pond is did you guys see the size of the fish and how there is only three of them? i have a smaller pond than that full sized goldfish and their as happy as can be. those goldfish get big but you guys are talking as if they are going to be koi size!
@peachyproductions7962
@peachyproductions7962 7 жыл бұрын
the algae suffocated the fish? they eat algae you just didn't control it and the water went bad and you guys really need to redesign your pond its just a few bricks surrounded by other bricks when i first saw it i thought you were building the pond XD

ShadowKittyKat Thesmolbean are you kidding me! Too small for goldfish. You are really dumb to think that! They’re not koi, they’re goldfish! They’re ment to be feeder fish. You should appreciate what he’s doing to those goldfish. It’s hilarious how you see a pond that size to be ment for just a beta. Bet you have a 1000 gal pond at home for your lonely ass goldfish
