Her concept is sound, but risky. Assuming you have amassed 3 properties over 10 year using her method (highly leveraged). Then another virus hits. The properties you own suddenly become vacant. Then what? Most likely, you will be facing re-possession proceedings. On the other hand, owning residential properties is immune to economic depression and virus and the likes.
