Both this and Florian Rhen's synthwave cover of We are Number One have basically the same vibe. That “Saturday morning villain vibe” If you ask me both of these covers are unintentionally similar to Shuki Levy's Inspector Gadget soundtracks because they blend the dark synth with the “cheesy villain” and “classic mystery” vibe. Even though neither of these songs have anything to do with Shuki Levy or Gadget. If Only Banausic would cover Dr Claw's theme. I seriously think “Gadgetwave” is a real microgenre (if that's a good name for it).
