What is a honey super or honey excluder?
@KowalskiMountain6 күн бұрын
A honey super is a box of frames dedicated to honey production. The queen bee cannot access the box to lay eggs because a queen excluder prevents her from entering. She’s larger than worker bees. They can pass through but she can’t. So the box will only be used for honey storage.

I don’t know if anyone has told you this, but in the instructions on the Bosch website said Before you put the small piece into the top of the dispenser lid, you should oil it a bit. I didn’t see this until after I put mine together and mine squeaks a little bit too. If I can ever figure out how to get that piece out of the lid, I’ll try oiling it. I’ve oiled it with it in the lid, but it doesn’t seem to help. 🤷♀️

Several things. 1. Corn silk is medicinal. 2. Why did you use 3 different knives? 3. Creamed corn. 🤢 4. Where'd you get that amber jar. I need some for my fire cider and my oregano oil. 5. Did you feed the spent ears to the pigs?
@KowalskiMountain19 күн бұрын
I had trouble finding a knife I liked for the job. I don’t like store bought creamed corn either…. Amber jars I get on Amazon… coveted, they aren’t cheap. And looks like they are out of stock. Yes chickens get first dibs then pigs.
@tanyabrillhart660819 күн бұрын
@@KowalskiMountain I just found 6 with regular AND plastic lids for $20. Amazon is having a "big deal" sale so I scooped them. I will be using these for medicinals so I don't necessarily need a "canning" canning jar.

Yes you can. If your handwriting is nice or it’s typed, simply take a picture and upload it using the photo option. If it’s hard to read you’d have to type it in.

Hey lady, be happy with this mixer , sounds like your finding things wrong with it. I’ve had mine and attachments plus tons of extras for years. Just use to have the stainless steel bowl and I gave it to a niece and got the plastic one, it’s way better. I leave the stem in the bowl when I wash the bowl, and periodically I will pop it out and wash it. The bowl and attachments are so simple to wash lol! I have and never will put this in a dishwasher ever! Enjoy this wonderful machine and stop unnecessarily picking it apart! Kitchen aid is crap in comparison js
@KowalskiMountain23 күн бұрын
It’s a review… I love my machine but a thoughtful review picks apart an appliance so people can make an educated choice. It’s an expensive purchase that should be made with all the facts.
@Harphoney4 күн бұрын
There is a reason it’s an expensive machine, it will last years, the amount of product it can mix with ease is incredible. I have the sausage stuffer and have put through hundreds of Lbs of meat and my Bosch never bucked out once, still going strong. I’d say to people don’t waste your money on kitchen aid or anything cheaper. The Bosch cookware is a real bonus to the home cook. You will never have to buy other pots ever. They will last your life time and beyond. ❤

I recommend you don’t worry so much about the stickiness. If it’s not leaving dough on your hands. (I know you didn’t ask for advice) too much flour make it a tough dough. Also, try soaking you wheat in hot water (the amount for the recipe) over night. You’ll be amazed at how the dough feels after 8-12 hours. Some put it in the fridge some not. Just cover it.
