Was your room with a view? We’ve booked the double inland facing room. Read some bad reviews about the rooms, so a bit nervous now.

@user-nv6xp4js6f unfortunately that was the only downside, the back faced a car park separated by a wall though. To be honest we were out most days so it wasn't an issue. The staff there are lovely and they always helped and we're very friendly. I would stay there again, hope this helps

I live near Lodi where the Bada Bing is located. A number of memorable scenes were done in Lodi and in Northern NJ I recognized in the show.

That trio of games being played at the beginning, I certainly know the last two, Planetoid and Super Invaders (the first one looks like Meteors). These can be played online, courtesy of the BBC Micro Games Archive. The computer was used extensively by the BBC during this show, seen being used by the contestants when navigating the maze, while the Vortex graphics and sound are from the same machine. Someone, somewhere has the original Vortex code ready to rise again!
