Then just some warm shoes or boots for similar reasons. + Having a good ice scraper! If he skis/snowboard, getting stuff for that since a good chunk of people love to do that here. :) Excited for your fam!!

No major issues except there was a neighbor of mine who smoked even tho it was a non smoking building and that bothered me bc i would smell it from time to time but that's all I remember from an issue stand point. There was parking available but it was extra each month I believe. I didn't have a car so i'm not sure how much

@@BrizhaI did look at Algonquin but the studio apartment they showed me was less than 500 sq ft and that was too small for my need. How big was this one?
