Sorry for the bothersome question but I have a Bit One which has NO sounds at all and I have no tape of the sound bank. Do you know any options for finding the sounds in my situation? Many thanks

Guys... It's not because the lyrics are in German that it's Nazi stuff... It's about the F104, a cold war-era American aircraft that was also used by the German Air Force where it had a terrible safety record with many crashes and pilots deaths

Just got mine out from under the bed. Got it in 1998 (£100ish) and hadn't used it since about 2006 so it's a bit crunchy sounding all over! Was trying to figure out if I should sell it or keep it but it needs a load of work. After watching this I'm gonna get it fixed and keep it!

Supercool!
@rudesixtysix2 жыл бұрын

you can use the sh09's keyboard to play anything with cv/gate inputs. not very useful in this day and age ;-)

My desert island synth definately is the MatrixBrute. It's ofcourse what you use them for. It is so because it's so hands on and I just love the sound. Synths dont have to be complex tho, they just have to sound nice to the user.

6 Voices and I don't really notice the difference. But then look how good the Prophet 6 and the OB6 are and they are 6 Voice.. This sounds so organic, and it takes me places I have never been before. It just oozes class and takes me places I have never been before.

Great Jam at the end. Would love to hear some of your other synths? Have you ever heard the Shruthi.. they're about the same price and from what I understand same digital / amnalogue filter design

Yep, analog filters. You have choice. I have the SSM one. It’s predating the Microfreak indeed, same concept but less controllers and very small. Very ergonomic for live shows.

@johanzki3 жыл бұрын

Is it difficult to do that cv/gate in mod?
@rudesixtysix2 жыл бұрын
not at all, for many years i had a special cable that had a small circuit and a 9v battery to kick up the voltage from 5 to 10 and it was only a few parts. i dont know exactly how this mod is, but it can't be too complicated.. there may be a description online, and any tech will certainly be able to do it..

very nice video ! man,,SH09 one of my favo vintage synths ,got many sweet spots for such a simple synth,, great for electro/early wave
@johanzki3 жыл бұрын
SH02 has a little more more to offer (double VCO, pitchwheel can controll just one of them!) and a slightly fuller warmer old Roland sound to my opinion. Let's have a long debate about that, haha. Thanks for the demo.

Veel mooie herinneringen aan Just Music.
