Thank you for saving these tools....my grandfather only used horses to farm his entire life. He died of a heart attack and still using his horses in 1963 in southeast Arkansas.

I met Ed in July 2o24. Visited with him two days and bought a wagon . Were building a Chuck wagon for Drover Cowboy Church in Harrisburg AR. This guy is a funny man , a great man and so interesting to talk with. His ranch and beautiful home are like living museums. He is on my list of friends for sure now.

Zach I'm liken the rule heritage, just found it. I'm pretty slow on this tech stuff. Actually I find most things by accident, you know what I mean. I just keep poken at the phone tell something happens. Now that's funny I don't care who you are. Thank you Jerry

When brushing their manes start from the bottoms and work your way up to the roots. That way you won't be tightening the knots into the ones closer to the bottom. The horses tolerate this better because it doesn't pull as much.

My grandad farmed his entire life, using horses and mules. He never owned or even used a tractor. When he got older, he of course had to downsize, my uncle and sometimes myself would plow his field with a tractor and a tiller. R. I. P. Grandpa
