Wow is right 😍 I'm a new subscriber and am loving your videos! I've been working to try and understand layering and opacities(sp?l. This was so helpful because I do layer opaque on top often. I thought I learned that opaque paints tend to sink down through the other colors and when the cells pop up, the other colors come to the top... I forget exactly but it made sense at the time!

A helpful tip. TLP thickens when you let it sit. One more.... Before you open TLP , tap the lld a few times. Anything loose on the seal paper will settle with rest. Open slowly. The cloth is a great idea as well.

Love watching your videos!! I'm mixing up paints ready to do my first fluid pour and it's probably a dumb question but.....Can I make iridescent paints by mixing opaque paint or semi opaque paint with an iridescent medium? And is there any benefit to me mixing micas, pigments or colour shift paint with an Iridescent medium? I tried to join your FB group but it won't let me use my Craft It Kiwi Page and I prefer not to use my personal page so hope you don't mind answering this here pleeeease!😉😁🤞🤞

Hi there! Thank you for liking and watching my videos 🙏 apologies it has been a few days to answer you. You can absolutely create Iridescent paints by using regular paints, either opaque or transparent will work great 👍🏻 you can mix micas and pigments with an iridescent medium the benefits can add an iridescent shine to the colours, I’d suggest you try and see what happens as we’re all still learning here ❤️🙏❤️

Aww 🥰 thank you so much! I suffer from insomnia too and you are absolutely right. You sleep when and where ever you can and take what we can get! I hope it improves for you. Last night I just got up and painted instead of sleep. Managed to get a few hours this morning!

Your CA looks quite thick. What is your ratio, please? And how on earth do you keep your containers so beautifully CLEAN!!!!

Hi there! My ratio is 3:1 Australian Floetrol to Amsterdam Paint. lol thank you 🙏 I soak them in hot water and all the dried paint comes off nicely. I then scoop out the dry paint and put in the trash as we don’t want paint skins blocking out drains 🙏❤️🙏
