Nah this is very real and was very much a serious attempt at a dub that was made for I think either the Philippines or Malaysia, the reason why it was even done in what one can assume is English is because most of the popular shows on the area's television networks were in English. Instead of getting people that could actually speak English, this was _all_ done in house by Speedy Video, with the person with the most solid understanding of the language having spent about 3 days studying before they actually started recording lines.

I had the tournament one of these on bootleg vhs. Even tho I had no clue what was going on I still really enjoyed watching it. I’ve still never seen a proper dub of it.
