Thank You for posting this ! After I heard how the Union Pacific was arresting and trying to prosecute people for walking up the right of way to Mossbrae Falls I stopped going up to this area. I also retired the video camera after altercations from just videoing from a public railroad crossing in the middle of the day. Done. SO THANK YOU for doing the leg work for folks like me who LOVE your content. But I will not be going there myself.

I heard about UP trying to arrest people for going up the right of way to Mossbrae Falls. What I heard was that the local prosecutor refused to press charges on anyone and ordered the railroad police not to bring simple trespass charges into his office meaning you had to be doing something else other than simply walking along the right of way. Eventually the issue was dropped but I never returned to this area after that and retired the video camera at the same time.
