Kind of. Anyone can do it and 99% of player do do it. It’s the same as the roof glitch. You can see/hit them but the wall is protecting you in an unfair way. I’ve had a few lobbies where they didn’t do it and it was much more fun.

This could be due to bugs in places, cities, or the game. I played on PS5 console and computer and there are many errors. I look into the scope and see nothing, sometimes I couldn't shoot but I had a bullet, sometimes I can't kill with a knife, etc. Small mistakes like that. 🙂 My brother plays with a mouse and keyboard on the computer, it's much easier for him. I like the controller, but I'm also slower with it. 🤷😏
