Andrew Wommack runs a prosperity gospel scam, In which believers are told they can speak a Word of Faith to magically call whatever they want into existence. Examples are: Money (Particularly Money that Andrew Wommack Would Really Like You to Donate to Andrew Wommack Ministries), or literally raising people from the dead. Wommack claims he raised his own son from the dead, and that he personally knows 30 to 40 people who have been raised from the dead. That is a god-sized delusion, folks. His various scam organizations raised $68 million in 2019. Probably most of this money came from sad, desperate people who thought (because Wommack lied to them) that the donation would help them become healthy or cause their loved ones to come back from beyond the grave. Somehow, in spite of all the money it takes in, His ministry is $25.9 million in debt, which leaves it with the most negative net worth of any ministry in the US. This might explain why he is totally desperate to dodge his taxes. He is Personal Friends With Benny Hinn. And He is Even a Bigger Gospel Scammer. They are Nothing More Then Religious Panhandlers. There is absolutely nothing mysterious about Biblical "tongues" - and there is only one type - when referring to something spoken, they are nothing more than real, rational language(s); usually, but not always, unknown to those listening to them, but always known by the speaker(s) - it’s their native language (in some cases, it is a language the speaker has learned). _Nowhere_ in the Bible is modern tongues-speech advocated or evidenced. ‘Tongues’ (read, *‘languages’* ) - the divine gift, is the God given ability to effortlessly learn to speak and be understood through real-language barriers. It is not xenoglossy, nor is it the self-created non-cognitive non-language utterance of modern tongues-speech.

Andrew Wommack is FAR from being a quack. I know him personally, and he is one of the most genuine persons you’d ever meet. He believes the Bible, and 1 Cor. 12 and 14 cover the gift of speaking in tongues. There is a spiritual world that you need to know about. ‘Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightfully dividing the word of truth.’
