yes sir , no change needed . unloader valve gets carbon build up and the wd40 makes it move again .

that's exactly what it does

negative . you need lubricant not cleaner . the valve is stuck because its got carbon build up on it . carb cleaner will clean but won't lubricate

@@ivantulala9533 I took off the main line to the air dryer after running it for a while and the air coming from new compressor was coming out weak not strong air pressure but like a puttering air

the WD goes into the intake . that's the hose that connects to your intake

@@ivantulala9533 been threw DAF and scania training and the pin are put in a particular direction. For a reason. If the caliper is vertical like most rear wheels then it's put in with the wide end to the top to stop it falling out . If it's on a horizontally mounted caliper like most steer applications the wide end is to the rear. This is so if the retaining clip comes out or rusts away etc the pin can vibrate out a bit but will be caught by the hole in the wheel and pushed back forward when the vehicle is driving hopefully keeping the pin in place . Every thing is done for a reason. They spend millions and millions developing these trucks nothing is done " oh that will do"

Even a single crack in a cross member is an out of service violation I think there is a limitation to how many can be bent/twisted though, i’m fuzzy on that, like 3 adjacent cross members i think

I don't know of any special tools for carrier bearing . I cut it in half using cut off wheel grinder . don't worry if you cut a bit into the shaft , won't hurt anything .

@@Vertikala-pc5ig there is a tool for that available on ebay. just search for heavy duty u joint puller . I have the 100 dollar one and works fine . local truck parts stores carry those as well , they not eBay prices tho
