I know them since their first EP and a song called "Highway Tune". A lot of people compare them to Led Zeppelin and ther music is very close at some points but... I just can't stand the singer's voice on many songs 😄 Also even if their songs are good, they just sound like impersonators to me... So each time I try to listen to them, I stop and go listen to some mighty Led Zep.

LedZep (as he called them "Zeppe") was one of the big favs of my father. He loved rock (and rock'n'roll) music very much. R. I. P. Dad! 🙏🤗😇

@@StephLeGratteux I know that feel dude. That's why I was amazed that you don't have any problem even up there. I even noticed that there is a high note you play that sounds more in tune than the album version. Keep rocking!

@IvanMadridRiffs I used to play with 10-46 strings, but now I changed to 9-46. And this helps a lot for the bends (especially when you're getting older 😂)

C'est très long mais comme je joue en suivant la tab, j'ai pas de problème de mémorisation 😄 Bon, il faut quand même bosser certains passages un peu délicats, mais ça la tab, ça serait juste pas possible pour mon vieux cerveau de hippie 🤣. Et sinon, ben je l'ai fait car c'était une demande d'un "patron". Même si le solo est bien sympa et très agréable à jouer, je suis pas vraiment fan de ce groupe que je considère comme un Led Zep de chez wish 😅 (surtout le chanteur que je trouve limite insupportable...)

@@nowassobad6104 I don't know much the band, so I can't be sure. But if the tuning was D standard, I wouldn't be able to get all these natural harmonics on 5th, 7th and 12th frets...

@@StephLeGratteux Yes harmonics are in E but lead part can be in D

@@nowassobad6104 True. But the key of the song is E minor, which makes it easier or more common to play in a standard tuning than to play it in F#m positions in a D standard tuning. Not sure if this sentence is very clear 😄

Merci. Non, comme l'indique le titre, c'est un solo du groupe Mountain. En fait sur mon site, tu payes 1,50 euros et tu as accès à toutes les tablatures et backing tracks pendant un mois, y compris celles pour ce solo.
