An exercise in how not to showcase an apartment. All I got was that the kitchen appliances and the sanitary ware were German. Other than that it was a steady stream of light fixtures, tiled surfaces and floorings.

I like it and can see myself in it. I love the location most of all because I have places on the UWS & UES that I like to hang out at. Plus you have Angelo's pizza not far (one of my favorite places to eat) and Paris Baguette bakery on 8th ave by Columbus Cir. The solarium sold me, I can't afford #41D which is the two story but I will negotiate #32 price down and move in there.
