Eleven years ago, I went through chemotherapy and lost all of my hair. I now wear it in a cute, very very short style-but far from bald. I don’t think the bald look is attractive on women-it’s very masculine and hardens the woman’s features no matter how beautiful her face/make up is. Aside from women with an actual diagnosis of alopecia, the bald look is not something I encourage, at all. At least keep a little bit of hair -just my opinion ☺️

I’ve been wearing my bald pate for yearsss and I not only feel just as feminine as when I had my longgg locks , but have been told (by men btw) that I am even more attractive sans hair! Being bald connotes a personna of: boldness, self confidence, and a no-care attitude of what people think or like; but more importantly of what one thinks/likes about herself! It’s just the lack of what’s on the head, not what’s inside it! You were blessed that your hair grew back, but women with ALOPECIA are not that blessed, but have learned to accept/embrace their baldness with their heads held high, knowing that they are Beautiful anomalies that stand apart from the crowd!

Being Bald is my thang!! I love it!!! It defines beauty like no other!! I have had issues with my scalp and hair over 15 yrs and i have finally come to terms to just shave it all off and start over... i think i'll STAY this way because, i love that i have such low maitanence with this look... best decision ive ever made! 🫶🫶🫶

That’s because you have to comb the hair out before starting and secondly section the hair when you twist did it kinda from the left instead of going straight up and down or the comb will get stuck

Growing up in the 70's there were few women with short or bald cuts; very few. (Shari Belafonte comes to mind) I used to think that I was weird by being attracted to, or more accurately, not turned off by not having a full head of hair. (Afros were all the rage). Now I understand that I see beauty for what it means to me and not by a societal guide line. As an adult I absolutely respect inner beauty as opposed to the shallow exterior whose only true purpose is to distinguish you from another. Bravo
