No! Right after the wash there will be an ozone smell but not upon drying.

Is there anything like baking soda or vinegar, etc that would work with the ozone to help clean dirty clothes a little better? Im looking for something natural that would boost the cleaning power.

I was all excited until you said to only use it with cold water. I live in arizona and cold water doesnt even exist here in the summer, so much so that we can turn our water heater off and still have warm showers 😅

It works better with cold water. The reason is because ozone dismantles more quickly in warm or hot water. So the effect is not totally negated by hot water, but it is not as powerful.

Can I also wash black laundry with it? Does the ozone have a bleaching effect? I have my washing machine in a cupboard. Can I install the appliance directly behind the washing machine on the wall or does it need to be slightly raised?

A normal pineapple, yes. A large watermelon likely will not fit unless it's cut.

Hi there! While it may assist with stain removal, ozone is not completely effective of removing lipids from clothing. Typical stain removal methods may be needed, depending on the degree of the stain.

Hi Cindy! Unfortunately, the other ozone generators are not designed for this. This machine uses electrolysis and creates ozone directly in the water, rather than infusing water with ozone gas.

Would this help clean “scrud” out of my washing machine over time? We have had a horrible problem with scrud flakes on our clothes with our top loading LG washer, even dismantled it and cleaned it, bought a new washer plate for the bottom of the tub, but we still have scrud on all our clothes. No amount of cleaning cycles and cleaning tablets have had an effect on it.

Hi there! It is good for purification but not filtration. Purification involves the removal of microbes, chemicals and the like. Filtration gets rid of sediment (like dirt). Does this make sense?

Can the machine alternate between ozone usage and non-ozone? Some people in my household don't trust it (yet) and still want to use detergent with their own loads.

Yes, it can be turned off so it does not utilize ozone in the process.

On the left you will notice the oxygen tank. This is connected to the side of the ozone generator. We have a video on setting up an oxygen tank on our channel.

Thank you for the straight forward explanation. Question... what is the PSI of the green tank you are using? I am using the same size tank and I noticed that even when I got a new from Airgas the needle on the regulator barely jumped above the red zone. Is that normal?

Hi Mark, Thank you for the question. A newly filled oxygen tank should populate into the green section, which is generally around 2,000 psi.

I would like to see more “how to videos”. These on making water are good but we need one for setting up cupping, etc. Also a video explaining the various stop valves and how they are used. I have several of the stop valves but I am unsure which direction the ozone is flowing through them, so I’m not sure how to add them to my setup.

If ozone in water/oil only lasts for a short amount of time, does buying ozonated water/oil make no sense? How can we know if there’s even any ozone in the products

Ozonated water lasts a short time. When ozone gas is infused into an oil it stabilizes as a peroxide. The shelf life of the oil depends on the manufacturing process, strength, and quality of oil. Our ozonated oils undergo third party testing to identify the peroxide value. For ozone water, there are ozone analyzers that can measure the amount of ozone gas in the water, like we have here at our facilities. However, these are kind of expensive. Ozone has a distinct smell, so it is particularly noticeable if it is present in water.

My oxygen regulator does not go up to 7. I don't there is any O2 regulator that goes up that high

All the regulators on our 3.0 system have "settings" 1 - 11. These are not the same as LPM. They all have a flow rate of 1LPM or lower.
